NCDT Document Text provides you the opportunity to store texts for sales, purchase and service documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and to use them on different areas.
With the possibility of storing the texts in the master data, the option for a uniform wording and layout is provided.
NCDT Document Text include beginning & ending texts (general or personalized for customers/creditors), payment terms texts, delivery terms texts, texts for service order types as well as texts for service contract types. Furthermore, extended texts can be added per item.
For all texts, advanced formatting features such as font color, font type and font size as well as paragraph alignment are offered to provide more design freedom when creating documents.
The extension also brings a set of extended standard documents for Dynamics 365 Business Central, which includes the document texts.
If these predefined documents do not meet your requirements, you can configure your own documents using Microsoft Word.
