 NCRC Contract Periods

Contract periods define the time intervals at which you perform different actions within contract processing.

Fields
CodeSpecifies the Code of the type.
DescriptionSpecifies the Description of the Period.
TypeSpecifies the type of the current record.
PeriodSpecifies the Period of the type.
Period Calculation FormulaSpecifies the Period Calculation Formula of the type.

Default Setup

Contract periods are required for various areas and control the date and period calculation in Contract processing. There are four different period types, which are relevant for different areas:

Billing periodWorking With The App, Payment Plan, Working With Payment Plan
Cancellation periodWorking With The App, Cancellation, Working With Cancellation
Indexing periodWorking With The App, Indexing, Working With Indexing
