Working With Auto. Ending

Once a Contract line has been fully invoiced and is no longer to be extended, the status can be set to Ended via a Job queue entry, thus marking the Contract line as closed. A Contract line is set to the Ended status defined in the NCRC Recurring Contracts Setup when:
  • Status = Active/Cancelled
  • End Date > Work Date
  • Extension = Disabled
  • Payment Plan = Completly Billed
