 Calculation Plan Setup

Use Calculation Plan Setup to define the central defaults for new calculation plans. These include the number series, price basis, capacity processing, machine cost weighting, archiving, and rounding.

General, Fields
Calculation Plan Nos.Specifies the number series from which new calculation plans receive their number.
Autom. Creation of Calc. PlansSpecifies whether calculation plans are created automatically for sales documents when a current certified plan exists for the item and customer.
Calculation Price Base ComponentSpecifies the default price basis for components.
Calculation Price Base CapacitySpecifies the default price basis for capacities.
Compress Capacity LinesSpecifies whether capacity lines are consolidated.
Cost Quantifier MachineSpecifies the factor used to calculate the price for the machine time portion.
Transfer to Archive TablesSpecifies whether archived plans and lines are moved to archive tables.
Sales Unit Price RoundingSpecifies the rounding precision for the sales price.
Delete CalcPlan on Salesline deleteSpecifies whether the calculation plan is deleted when its related sales line is deleted.
Activate Error LoggingSpecifies whether errors related to missing or invalid calculation sums are logged.
