This extension is designed for users who work with employee records and need document visibility without leaving the page. It adds a SharePoint factbox to the employee card and employee list pages, making folders and related files available at a glance.

Before You Start

• The relevant SharePoint site and folder mapping must be configured for the employee data.
• The page extension must be active in the page selection so the document factbox appears.
• Users need access to the relevant SharePoint content and the related Business Central employee record.

Main Process

1. Open the employee card or employee list page.
2. The system checks whether the current record has an active SharePoint mapping and whether the extension is enabled.
3. If the conditions are met, the factbox prepares the folder information and loads the linked documents in the background.
4. Review the document list and open the related files directly from the Business Central page.
