Extended SPC places the SharePoint Connector Factbox in the FactBoxes area of supported pages. When you move to another record, the app loads the mapped SharePoint folder in a background task so the page remains responsive.

Purchase Quotes, Purchase Orders, Purchase Invoices, and Purchase Credit Memos

Availability

The Factbox is visible only if the current page is active in Extended SPC Setup and the record's table has a suitable SharePoint Connector mapping. An administrator may also limit which supported pages are available for activation.

Loading and Errors

The Factbox content is loaded asynchronously for the current record. If loading fails, the SharePoint Connector error is displayed in the Factbox. Check authentication, the site name, base folder, folder mapping, and the user's SharePoint permissions.
