The
NVXESPC Extended SPC solution enables the automated transfer of standard Business Central attachments to SharePoint.
This functionality must be set up via a task queue & is available for the following Business Central entities:
Bank Account
Fixed Asset
G/L Account
Project
Posted Purchase Invoice
Purchase Order
Sales Credit Memo
Sales Invoice
Before transferring, it can be chosen whether the metadata must be transferred as well.
In addition, the associated job can be set up so that the attachments of the selected entity are only transferred to SharePoint if certain factors have been met. An example of this would be that attachments to purchase orders are only transferred to SharePoint if the document has been released.
