Use Extended SPC Setup to decide on which supported Business Central pages the SharePoint Factbox is shown. The selection is stored for the extension and is not company-specific.

Before You Start

Install and configure the SharePoint Connector dependency.
Create a SharePoint Connector table mapping for every record type on which users need the Factbox.
Assign the Extended SPC Super permission set to users who administer or run this app.

Activated Pages

Field	Description
Activated Pages	Indicates whether at least one page is currently enabled. The field cannot be typed into directly. Use its AssistEdit button to open Page Selection.

An administrator approves the pages that may use the Factbox. A regular selection session displays only approved pages and controls which of them are active. Because the selection is shared, changes affect all companies that use the extension.

The Factbox appears only when both conditions are met: the page is active in Extended SPC and the underlying table has a SharePoint Connector mapping that requires the Factbox.
