GeneralEmbedded Power BI Reports extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with curated Power BI report tiles that can be opened directly from the Role Center.
The app helps administrators assign report visibility by security group and gives end users fast access to the reports that are relevant to their role.
It is intended for business users, team leads, and administrators who need controlled and user-friendly access to analytics content.
App SetupUse the setup area to define which Power BI reports are available in Business Central and who is allowed to see them.
The app stores setup globally (not per company). Start with the report selection and then assign security groups to each report.

Power BI ReportsThis Role Center part displays the reports that are visible to the current user based on security group permissions.
Each line shows the report caption used for business users. Drill down on a report caption to open the embedded Power BI report view.
Opens Embedded Power BI Report Hub where administrators manage report selection and permissions.
Power BI Report SelectionUse this list to maintain which Power BI reports are available in the app.

| Name | Technical name of the report from Power BI. |
| Display Name | User-facing caption shown in the Role Center report list. |
Opens the Power BI selection dialog and adds the selected report to this list.
Opens Power BI Report Permissions for the selected report.
Power BI Report PermissionsThis page defines which security groups are allowed to view a specific Power BI report.

| Security Group Name | Name of the Business Central security group that is authorized for the report. |
Select one or more security groups and add them to the current report.
Refreshes the stored security group member list used by report visibility checks.
Opens Security Group Members for the selected security group.
Security Group MembersThis page shows which users belong to a selected security group used for report permissions.
