This report is used to regularly clean up web message entries in Business Central. It removes outdated or no longer required records in order to reduce database size and improve system performance. The report can be executed manually or scheduled via the Job Queue.

Caution

This report permanently deletes data. Please make sure that all filters and execution parameters are configured correctly before running the report, especially when scheduling it automatically.

Max. records per run	Defines how many web message records will be deleted in a single execution.
Commit interval	Specifies how many deleted records are processed before a database commit is performed, keeping transactions short.

Age Filter, Fields
Age filter type	Defines whether all records are deleted or only those older than a specified number of days or years.
Age value	The number of days or years used by the age filter.
