Single verification of the VAT Reg. No. for customers, vendors and contacts is possible on the cards. Open for example the Customer Card and enter the VAT number in field VAT Registration No.. If the setup is set to Automatic, the system will check the Number instantly. If the setup is set to Manually, the user can perform a single verification via Actions, Functions, Verify VAT Reg. No. Every request is reported in the VAT Reg. No. Verification Entries.
