The Extended Email app offers the following new functionalities.
Functionality
If an email is sent, the Sent by email field is automatically set after successful sending. By clicking on the new field, the email preview opens and the sent email can be checked again.
Important
For existing documents, the Update sent by email action can be used to update the field again afterwards.
