The NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements extension allows you to create VAT Statements for different countries within one company in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
By assigning a VAT Country Code in the VAT Posting Setup and in the VAT Statement, an accidental mixing of the VAT Statements for the different countries will be prevented.
Navigation
Fields, actions, pages and reports originating from the NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements extension are identified by the abbreviation NCCV. This additional labeling makes them clearly distinguishable from other extensions (which may use similar names and designations).
NCCV stands for NAVAX Consulting Country Specific VAT Statements.
The search terms "nvxcv", "nccv" and "navax" are recognized by "Tell me what you want to do".
This allows very fast access to the individual areas of NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements.

Docs / NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements / Reports and Analysis VAT Statement
If the NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements extension is active, the NCCV VAT Country Codes must be specified in the VAT Statement Names.
The country code in the statement name determines which country the statement applies to.
Note
If you specify the NCCV VAT Country Codes in the VAT Statement Names, you may need to reopen the VAT Statement for the notifications to update.
VAT Statement Lines
In the lines of the VAT Statement, the NCCV VAT Country Code field displays the code from the VAT Posting Setup.
If the country code is empty or different from the country code of the statement name, an error is displayed.
Actions
Print
If the NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements extension is active, all errors in the lines must be corrected before the statement can be printed.
Calc. and Post VAT Settlement
If the NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements extension is active, the batch job can only be executed if all NCCV VAT Country Codes are specified in the VAT Posting Setup.
In addition, a NCCV VAT Country Code must be specified in the batch job options. This determines which lines from the VAT Posting Setup are taken into account by the batch job.
Tip
If a Default Settlement Account is specified for the NCCV VAT Country Code, this account will be suggested as the Settlement Account. The suggested Settlement Account can also be changed afterwards.
Docs / NCCV Country Specific VAT Statements / Appendix NAVAX License Management
The NAVAX License Management page (in older versions "NAVAX License Overview" or "NCEX License Overview") displays the current license status of the NAVAX extensions.
In order for a NAVAX extension to be displayed in this page, the corresponding setup of the extension must first be opened.
Note
Changes as of Version xx.1.16.0
The NAVAX License Management page now supports automatic adding of NAVAX extensions. NAVAX extensions that use this system no longer need to have the corresponding extension setup opened first to be displayed in this page.
Fields
Name
Specifies the name of the Extension.
License Status
Specifies the current license status of the Extension.
Serial No.
Specifies the serial number of the Extension.

A NAVAX extension can be tested or used free of charge for 30 days after installation. After that, the extension can only be used with a valid license.
Note
Changes as of Version xx.1.4.0
The licensing of a NAVAX extension is only necessary in the production environment. In the sandbox environment, NAVAX extensions can be tested unlimited.
Request License
The license can be requested or checked via the Current Status action (in older versions What's New?). This opens a window.
The following example shows the NAVAX extension Excel Report Builder.
Fill in the fields in the window and then click Send License Request.
Please note that the licensing process may take some time.
In the next few days you will receive an email with further information.
Note
For licensing, calling the online help and performing some actions, access to https://www.navax.app must be allowed.

The license is company independent. So it does not matter in which company the action is called.
Note
The licence must be updated once a year via the Update License action.
The update is only possible or necessary within the last 30 days before the license expires, or afterwards. Within the last 30 days before the license expires, notes are displayed.
If the Automatic License Renewal is enabled, the Update License action is called automatically before the license expires. Note that the setting is only active after the license has been activated via the action.
This action can be used to open the Microsoft AppSource ratings page for the extension.
We would be very happy if you submit your rating and let us know about your experience with the Extension.
