In this page the store employee can view his inventory and trigger order from a main location using transfer orders.

Route, Fields
Store Location CodeSpecifies the the transfer-to location code. In this case it is the store location code.
Store Location NameSpecifies the the transfer-to location name. In this case it is the store location name.
Main Location CodeSpecifies the the transfer-from location code. In this case it is the main location code.
Main Location NameSpecifies the the transfer-from location code. In this case it is the main location name.

Options, Fields
Include All ItemsSpecifies, if you want to create the list will all items on the store location.
Calculate AutomaticallySpecifies, if you want to automatically update the page if you change the locations or open the page.

List, Fields
Item No.Specifies the item number.
Variant CodeSpecifies the variant code.
DescriptionSpecifies the item description.
Reorder PointSpecifies the reorder point of the stockkeeping unit.
Store Location InventorySpecifies the inventory on the store location.
Quantity in TransferSpecifies the quantity on transfer orders between these two locations.
DifferenceSpecifies the calculated difference what should be ordered for the store.
Minimum Order QuantitySpecifies the minimum quantity what should be ordered.
Main Location InventorySpecifies the inventory on the main location.
Main Location Avail. InventorySpecifies the available inventory on the main location.
QuantitySpecifies the quantity which should be transferred to the store.

Actions

  • Calculate

    Calculate the lines for the settings.

  • Create Transfer

    Create or update a transfer order between the two locations.

  • Item

    View or change detailed information about the record on the document or journal line.

  • Stockkeeping Unit

    View or change detailed information about the record on the document or journal line.
