In the Approval User Setup page, you will find a list of users, the last two fields in the column are boolean fields, which you can turn on/off. If you activate the field can not modify purchase orders for a user, then this user cannot create, edit, delete or book a purchase order. In addition, the user loses the authorization to post a purchase request. If you switch on the field Cannot modify purchase invoice for a user, then this user cannot create, edit or delete a purchase invoice.
