Copy

Via this action, a copy of the evaluation can be created.

• Copy from

  Code	Specifies the code of the existing evaluation to copy from.
  Description	Specifies the description of the existing evaluation.
  Include User Permissions	Specifies whether the evaluation should be copied with or without User Permissions. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, User Permissions.
  Include Subscribers	Specifies whether the evaluation should be copied with or without Subscribers. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Subscribers.
  Include User Filters	Specifies whether the evaluation should be copied with or without User Filters.
  Include Email Recipients	Specifies whether the evaluation should be copied with or without Email Recipients. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Email Recipients.

  Copy to

  Code	Specifies the code for the new evaluation.
  Description	Specifies a description for the new evaluation.
  Code already Exists	Specifies whether an evaluation with the code already exists. An additional confirmation is necessary for replacing an evaluation.
  Keep User Permissions	Specifies whether existing User Permissions of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation.
  Keep Subscribers	Specifies whether existing Subscribers of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation.
  Keep Email Recipients	Specifies whether existing Email Recipients of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation.

Copy to Companies

Via this action, the evaluation can be copied to other companies.

• Copy from

  Code	Specifies the code of the existing evaluation to copy from.
  Description	Specifies the description of the existing evaluation.

  Note

  User Permissions, Subscribers, User Filters and Email Recipients are not copied.

  Copy to

  No. of Companies	Specifies the number of companies to which the evaluation is to be copied. Click on the field to add or remove companies.
  Ignore Change Protection	Specifies whether the evaluation should also be copied to companies where the change protection is activated for the evaluation.
  Keep User Permissions	Specifies whether existing User Permissions of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation. The option is fixed and cannot be changed. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, User Permissions.
  Keep Subscribers	Specifies whether existing Subscribers of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation. The option is fixed and cannot be changed. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Subscribers.
  Keep Email Recipients	Specifies whether existing Email Recipients of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation. The option is fixed and cannot be changed. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Email Recipients.

Export

This action can be used to export an evaluation to a file or multiple selected evaluations to a zip file.

• Export from

  Code	Specifies the code of the evaluation to be exported.
  Description	Specifies the description of the evaluation to be exported.
  Selected Evaluations	Specifies the number of selected evaluations. The field is only displayed when evaluations are exported to a zip file.
  Include User Permissions	Specifies whether the evaluation should be exported with or without User Permissions. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, User Permissions.
  Include Subscribers	Specifies whether the evaluation should be exported with or without Subscribers. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Subscribers.
  Include User Filters	Specifies whether the evaluation should be exported with or without User Filters.
  Include Email Recipients	Specifies whether the evaluation should be exported with or without Email Recipients. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Email Recipients.

  Export to

  File Name	Specifies the name for the file. Note Excel Report Builder files have the file extension .nce. NCE stands for NAVAX Consulting Excel Report Builder.
  Export without Code	Specifies whether the evaluation should be exported without code. If the code is not exported, a code for the evaluation must be specified when the file is imported later.

Import

This action can be used to import an evaluation from a file or multiple evaluations from a zip file. It is also possible to import old NC Cube files. For more information, see Appendix, Import old NC Cube files.

• Import from

  Progress	Shows the progress when importing from a zip file. The field is only displayed when evaluations are imported from a zip file.
  Description	Specifies the description of the evaluation to be imported.
  Include User Permissions	Specifies whether the evaluation should be imported with or without User Permissions. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, User Permissions.
  Include Subscribers	Specifies whether the evaluation should be imported with or without Subscribers. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Subscribers.
  Include User Filters	Specifies whether the evaluation should be imported with or without User Filters.
  Include non-existent Users	Specifies whether the user-related settings should also be imported for users that do not exist. Note If the option is enabled, the data should be manually revised and assigned to the correct users after the import.
  Include Email Recipients	Specifies whether the evaluation should be imported with or without Email Recipients. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Email Recipients.

  Import to

  Import all with specified Code	Specifies whether all evaluations for which a code is specified should be automatically imported with that code if no evaluation with that code yet exists. The field is only displayed when evaluations are imported from a zip file.
  Code	Specifies the code for the new evaluation.
  Code already Exists	Specifies whether an evaluation with the code already exists. An additional confirmation is necessary for replacing an evaluation.
  Keep User Permissions	Specifies whether existing User Permissions of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation.
  Keep Subscribers	Specifies whether existing Subscribers of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation.
  Keep Email Recipients	Specifies whether existing Email Recipients of an evaluation should be retained when replacing an evaluation.
