Via this action, an evaluation can be archived. This will execute calculate the evaluation and save the result in the archive. The action is not available for ad hoc evaluations.

The action can also be scheduled. The following applies for scheduling:

As soon as archiving has been performed, a message appears in the Report Inbox. The archived evaluation can then be opened directly via the Report Inbox or via the Evaluation Archive. For more information, see Evaluations, Execute Evaluations, Evaluation Archive.

Options
Evaluation Code	Specifies which evaluation should be archived.
Description	Specifies a description for the archived evaluation.
Archive Comment	Specifies a comment for the archived evaluation.
Evaluation Date	Specifies the date for calculating the date filter variables. For more information, see Evaluations, Edit Evaluations, Date Filter Variables.
