To enable automatic data updates with the NAVAX Konfipay Connector Export/Import in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you must set up the job queue correctly.
The job queue allows you to perform regular data updates without manual intervention. This is especially useful for synchronizing the balances of individual bank accounts, the payment status of transferred transactions, and account transactions.

Here’s how to set up automatic data updates with the NAVAX Konfipay Connector in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:
Set up Konfipay Connector
In Business Central, go to the Konfipay Connector Setup page.
You can access this page either via What would you like to do next? or via Settings, Advanced Settings, Service Connections.

Configure Data Update
To activate updates for Account Balances, Account Transaction Entries, or Payment Status Entries, click on the value Not Set Up in one of the corresponding fields. A dialog box will appear indicating that no job queue is set up yet. Confirm the message with Yes, and a job queue with default values will be created automatically and the window will close. The field value changes to Ready and the data update is activated.
If you click again on the value in one of the fields Account Balances, Account Transaction Entries, or Payment Status Entries, the Job Queue Entries page will open. There you can view and, if necessary, adjust the settings of the respective job queue. Select the desired entry to open the detail view.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Regularly check the job queue logs for errors.
