Related information

Via the Send by Email action, an evaluation can be executed and then sent by email.

Note

The action can also be scheduled. The following applies for scheduling:

No Evaluation Filters are displayed. For more information, see Execute Evaluations, Evaluation Filters.
At least one Email Recipient must be specified in the evaluation. For more information, see Edit Evaluations, Extended, Email Recipients.

Options
Evaluation Code	Specifies the code of the evaluation to be executed.
Description	Specifies the description of the evaluation to be executed.
Comments	Displays the first comment line if there are comments for the evaluation.

Send email

Once the Excel workbook has been created, the page for sending the email opens, displaying the default values from the evaluation. The generated Excel file is automatically added as an attachment.

Note

If the action was performed as a scheduled task, the email will be sent automatically in the background.
